Refund and Returns Policy

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us during our normal business hours as soon as possible, preferably by email to [email protected] for the fastest response.

If the order has not shipped, we will stop the order and cancel or refund any charges we have posted for the order. You will be responsible for round-trip shipping costs on any order that has been shipped prior to cancellation that is refused at time of delivery, or is shipped in good faith but returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products. Please ensure that your order is correct before completing your purchase.

FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

When the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
